Our Mechanical Extract Ventilation (MEV) installation service provides a reliable, low-energy solution for continuous ventilation. MEV systems use a central or decentralised fan to draw out moist, stale air from wet rooms and replace it with fresh air from natural inlets.
Ideal for new builds and apartments, MEV ensures a consistent airflow that prevents damp, mould, and odour build-up. We supply and install high-performance systems that operate quietly, require minimal maintenance, and deliver steady background ventilation throughout your home.
Each system is designed and installed to meet the required airflow rates and tested to ensure full compliance with Building Regulations Part F.
